Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones is the collective name we give to our five Sunday morning groups for children aged 0-11 years.
0-3 yrs Creche
3-5 yrs Scramblers
Yrs 1 and 2 Climbers
Yrs 3 and 4 Explorers
Yrs 5 and 6 Trackers
The children join in with the first 20 minutes of the 10.30am service and then leave the service to join their groups at around 11.00am. All groups aim to provide an environment of fun and friendship, at the same time as encouraging children to discover and develop a personal faith in Jesus Christ through activities suited to their age range.

Pathfinders

Pathfinders is for young people aged 11-14 (school years 7-9). They meet in the same way as our Stepping Stones groups on a Sunday morning. Youth Alpha is run on alternate years so that all Pathfinders have the opportunity to explore their faith in this way. They also meet for organised social activities once or twice a term.

CYFA

For ages 14-18 (school years 10+), members attend the 6.30pm service where many are involved in the worship group and other areas of ministry. Afterwards they usually chill-out at a member’s home. They meet on a Wednesday from 7.30 to 10pm for Bible study and fellowship. The annual trip to Soul Survivor is a highlight.

Trinity Tots

Our toddler group meets on a Monday morning from 10 am to 11.30 am. The group is small and informal and we hope you will find a warm welcome from both our team of volunteer helpers and the mums and dads who come along regularly. There are plenty of toys to play with, including ride on and push along, and a very popular playdoh table. We end the morning with a short time of song and rhyme for everyone to take part in. Cost is £1.00 per adult and includes tea or coffee for the adults and snacks for the toddlers.

Good News Hounds

Good News Hounds is our Friday evening club from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm for children aged 7-11 (school years 3-6). We try to promote a fun and caring environment for children to ‘chill out’ at the end of their school week. Activities include games, craft, cooking, pool, Wii, the all important tuck shop and ‘chill and chat’ sofas. A short Christian message is also given each week. The club is very popular, please telephone 724319 to check that there is space for your child before bringing them along.

The Friday Club

The Friday Club is on Friday(!) and is for school years 7 to 9 meeting from 7.45pm to 9.00pm. Play on the X-Box, shoot some pool, eat sweets and relax!
