Mid-week Activities

We are committed to building Christian community - below are some activities that help to make that happen:

Small Groups

One of the best ways of building Christian community is through meeting together in small groups. At Holy Trinity we have various small groups that meet during the week to build friendships, engage with the Bible together, pray for one another and eat!

The Alpha Course

Alpha is open to everyone interested in discovering what Christianity is about. Come, relax, eat, share your thoughts and explore the meaning of life. Next joint churches course starts on Thursday 29th September at Les Cotils - please contact us for more details.

Trinity Seniors

Trinity Seniors is for all those of retirement age and above. Join us for a delicious lunch, a short, peaceful act of worship or a friendly coffee morning. You are sure to find a very warm welcome, lots of smiling faces, as well as plenty of time for great conversation.

Fortnightly Coffee Mornings

Alternate Wednesdays we have a coffee morning from 10.30am until 12.00pm in Trinity Centre. Come and join us for great coffee and cakes in a relaxed and friendly. If you like, also join in with one of our craft activities, games or bible studies.

Fortnightly Lunches

Alternate Wednesdays we have lunch together from 10.30am until 1.15pm in Trinity Centre prepared by our great team of cooks. Come and relax and enjoy this special time of friendship and food.

There is an optional act of worship every week between 10.00am and 10.30am - do come and join us!

TrinityCafe

TrinityCafe is open on Thursday and Friday mornings between 9am and 12 for quality drinks and homemade cake which are fairly traded and fairly priced served in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Trinity International Group

Our church community is made up of people from all over the world and the international group gives opportunities for people in the church and their friends who are from further afield than the British Isles to meet together, to build friendships and to be encouraged by meeting others in the same situation. We meet socially several times a year to bring people together.

Interim Bereavement Support Group

This group meets on the first Thursday of the month from 10.00am to 11.30am at various locations for coffee and conversation and offers care and support to anyone who has recently suffered the loss of a loved one.

TrinityWomen

Women Together meets every six to eight weeks and is for women of all ages. This is an opportunity to share a meal together and build our friendships and our faith, in an informal setting.

Ladies’ Thursday Lunch - Sarah Meader’s home is open every Thursday 12:30pm to 3:00pm in term time. All women are welcome to pop in or stay for lunch.

TrinityMen

Regular events are held for men including kayaking, football, wine tasting, etc.

TrinitySports

We have a mixed volleyball team (League matches - Monday evenings) and a men’s football team (Church league - Saturday afternoons) and Lee Garland is always on the look for new talent!
